As per news agency—Kashmir News Observer(KNO), the central election committee of BJP has approved names of Devani Rana and Aga Syed Moshin as candidates for Nagrota and Budgam segments, respectively. Devyani is the daughter of Devinder Singh Rana, a prominent BJP leader and former MLA from Nagrota, who passed away in October 2024 after a prolonged illness.
